2 cups of buttermilk baking mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup of dry nonfat milk 1 cup of canned apple juice 1 cup of water Double Apple Sauce
Blend all ingredients, except Sauce. Using 1/2 cup batter for each cake, bake on hot greased griddles or in skillet until browned on both sides. Serve with sauce. Makes twelve 8 inch cakes. |
