Butterscotch Apple Dip

One 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of butterscotch flavored chips
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Apple wedges


In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chips, and salt. Cook and stir until chips melt. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and cinnamon. Serve warm with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.
