| | Easy Apple Cake 2
1 box of yellow cake mix
1/2 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of coconut
2 1/2 cups of sliced apples
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of sour cream
1 egg
Mix yellow cake mix, margarine, and coconut in bowl to make a crust. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350ºF. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and apples and spoon over baked crust. Blend the sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. Serve 6 to 8. |
