| | Easy Apple Dumplings
1 can (10 yield) of country-style refrigerator biscuits 2 cups of thinly sliced peeled apples 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar 1/2 cup of evaporated milk 1/2 cup of dark corn syrup 1/4 cup of margarine
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Separate biscuits into 10 individual ones. Place on bottom of buttered baking dish. Arrange apples over top. In small saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour hot syrup mixture over apples and biscuits. Bake at 375ºF. for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
