| | Quick Apple Dessert
one 18 ounce box of spice cake mix
1 can of pie sliced apples
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 sticks of margarine
Pour apples into a 9x13" baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour dry cake mix over that. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cut margarine into slices and spread over entire mixture. Bake at 350ºF. about 1 hour. Good served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream. |
