| Apple Raisin Chutney
5 apples, peeled & diced 1 cup of raisins 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of cider 1/4 cup of honey 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon of cloves
Combine, boil until thick, 25 to 30 minutes. Spread on 8 ounce block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers. |
