4 medium apples, sliced 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 2 tablespoons of sugar a dash of cinnamon
In a skillet, cook and stir apples in hot butter over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings |
