Apples (amount to use is determined on how much you want to make
sprinkle of cinnamon
water (enough to cover apples)
butter or margarine

Core and peel apple .  Dot apples with a little butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Place in a pan with just enough water to slightly cover apples this will be about one inch.  Bake in a 400ºF. oven for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.  Mash and let cool.
