| BBQ Brisket
6 pounds of brisket 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1 teaspoon of onion salt 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 3 tablespoons of Liquid Smoke 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of pepper BBQ Brisket Sauce, recipe follows |
| Cover brisket with celery, salt, onion, salt, garlic powder and Liquid Smoke. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle brisket with Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook at 250ºF. for 5 hours. Drain off grease. Pour sauce over brisket; bake 1 hour longer at 275ºF.

1 cup of ketchup 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 onion, chopped 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup of vinegar 2 cups of water Salt
