3 pounds of chicken pieces 1/2 cup of soy sauce 3 tablespoons of sugar 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 3 tablespoons of vinegar 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 cup of chicken broth 1 medium green pepper, chopped
Marinate chicken in above ingredients at least 2 hours, turning over once. Bake 1 hour or more at 350ºF. Excellent served with rice. Makes 12 servings.
