| Grilled Bell Peppers w/Vegetable Marinade
1/4 cup of olive oil - or vegetable oil 1/2 cup of apple cider 2 teaspoons of fines herbes 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper Bell peppers (red, green or yellow) or any other vegetables |

For marinade: combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously. Brush vegetables with marinade before and during grilling. Place whole peppers on grill rack, and grill, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, turn frequently. Omit basting.
