| Lemon Herb Marinade
2/3 cup of olive oil 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup of dry vermouth or sherry 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary, crumbled 1 tablespoon of dried thyme, crumbled 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper |

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or shake in a jar. Cover and refrigerate. ring to room temperature before using. Great on meat or vegetables.
