2 red onions, sliced 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1/3 cup of white vinegar 1/3 cup of oil (canola or olive) 3 tablespoons of maple syrup 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat for 2 to 3 hours. Enough marinade for 1 1/2 to 2 pound London broil or flank steak.
