Marinade For Pork
1/2 cup of peanut oil 1/3 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 1 tablespoon of dry mustard 1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper Chill meat at least 4 hours in marinade mixture.
