1 cup of vegetable oil 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 3/4 teaspoon of dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken and cover. Marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator. Cook chicken on grill.
