Meat Marinade 1

1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 large clove garlic, minced
one 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced


Combine ingredients and use to marinate London broil, pork roast, salmon filets, etc.


Meat Marinade 1a

1/2 cup of honey
4 tablespoons of  Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of spicy oil (pepper, or hot pepper)
1 lemon, squeezed
1 tablespoon of sugar
Fresh cracked black pepper (1 tsp. to 1 tbsp., depending on your taste)
1/2 cup of cognac
Pinch salt
Shake of Adobo


Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl with tight fitting lid and shake. Put in meat of your choice and reseal lid. Marinate at least an hour, tossing or shaking every 15 minutes. Meat will be ready to grill. You may brush on additional marinade if desired.
