| Argentinean BBQ Sauce
6 or 7 cloves garlic, chopped very fine 1/2 cup of parsley, chopped 1/2 cup of oregano 1/4 cup of red dried pepper (the Italian type) 1 cup of boiling water 1/2 cup of white vinegar 1/2 cup of olive oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients in the above order. When it cools, put the sauce in a covered jar. Store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Prepare the recipe 1 or 2 days before using. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 days. Barbecuing & Grilling Cookbooks |
