| Basic Red Sauce
1/4 cup of salad oil 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/4 cup of bourbon, sherry, or wine 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepperCombine all ingredients and pour over meat.
