| Lemon Butter Barbecue Sauce
1 stick of butter
1 small onion, grated
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard |

Melt butter in small skillet. Sauté onion. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly. Baste chicken or steaks over hot coals.
