| Peppery Barbecue Sauce
2 cups of brown sugar, firmly packed 2 tablespoons of pepper 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 4 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups of ketchup 1 cup of white vinegar 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of prepared mustard 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of hot sauceStir together all ingredients.
