1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 hard-boiled egg, grated 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of sweet relish 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice 2 teaspoons of chopped capers, drained 1/2 teaspoons of Tabasco sauce 1/8 teaspoons of cayenne pepperMake the sauce: In a small bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine all ingredients until well blended.
