1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/3 cup of sugar 6 cloves garlic, minced 3 scallions, chopped 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
In a bowl, dissolve sugar in soy sauce and sherry. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Use with desired meat by marinating for about 1 hour.
