1 1/2 cup of dry roasted peanuts 1/3 cup of water 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons of lime juice 1 tablespoon of honey 1 clove garlic, peeled 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepperPlace all ingredients in food processor container; cover.
