1 1/2 cup of ketchup 1 medium onion, chopped 1/4 cup of brown sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of bourbon 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Great on beef ribs.
