Thai BBQ Sauce

3 tablespoons of  fish sauce
2 tablespoons of  rice wine or sherry
1 tablespoon of  sesame oil
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons of ginger, freshly grated
2 tablespoons of  honey


Mix in a food processor or with a whisk. Coat meat. Leave to marinade overnight (or at least 6 hours). Barbeque, broil or grill to taste.
