Two Faced Hamburgers
2 pounds of ground beef 1/2 cup of extra hot catsup 2 teaspoon of salt 1 loaf French bread prepared mustard and mayonnaise
Mix the meat, catsup and salt. Cut the bread in 3/4 - 1 inch slices. Spread both sides of each slice with prepared mustard then with mayonnaise and last with generous amount of meat mixture "on each face of bread". Broil in wire broiler over hot coals, turn once. Makes 8 - 10 |
