Grilled Peas & Mushrooms

one 10 ounce package of frozen peas
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
one 3 ounce can (2/3 cup) of broiled sliced mushrooms, drained

Place block of frozen peas on large square of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper, and top with butter and drained mushrooms. Bring edges of foil up and leaving a little space for expansion of steam, seal tightly with double fold. Place package over hot coals about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
