1 large can of Great Northern beans 1 can of black eye peas 1 pound of bulk sausage 1/2 cup of chopped pepper 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 c. canned tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 teaspoon of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese |
| Fry sausage and drain fat. Add peppers, onions and garlic. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Add beans. Bake until heated through at 350ºF. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. | |
