Black-Eyed Peas 2
32 ounce can of black-eyed peas 3 1/2 ounces of packaged sliced pepperoni 1 medium green pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce 2 tablespoons of hot taco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch Oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
