| Black Eyed Pea Casserole with Ham
4 cups of cooked or 2 (1 lb.) cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon of dried sage 8 ounces of tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 8 ounces of ham 1 tablespoon of olive oil Pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. |
