Broiled Seafood Canapés

1 cup of cooked seafood, flaked
6 slices of White bread
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of Cheddar or American cheese, grated
1/3 cup ketchup

Toast bread on one side; trim off crusts and cut bread in half. Butter
un-toasted sides; cover with a layer of seafood, then ketchup and top with
cheese. Place canapés on a baking sheet under the broiler. Broil until the
cheese is melted and the canapés are heated through. Makes 12 canapés. From
