Toasted Olive Canapés

1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of Green Onion, finely sliced 2 1/4 ounces of Black Olives, sliced 16 slices of Cocktail rye bread

Instructions: Preheat oven to 475ºF. Combine parmesan, mayonnaise and green onions. Drain the olives and stir into cheese mixture. Generously spread the olive cheese mixture on top of the bread, using a rounded tbsp for each. Arrange on a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 6 minutes, until the bottoms are brown and the tops begin to turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
