Capellini Cacio E Pepe (Angel Hair Pasta)

1 package of  Capellini; (Angel hair
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow pepper
2 Cloves garlic
1 Teacup of olive oil
2 Bay leaves
2 bunches of basil
2 ounces of Pitted black olives; chopped
1 ounce of butter
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons of grated pecorino or parmesan
Coriander

Remove stalk and seed of peppers, wash and slice. Using a large pan, heat up some olive oil until very hot, add the peppers, garlic, bay leaf and coriander and cooked for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta for 3 minutes. Keep checking as this pasta cooks very quickly. Drain and add to the sauce with a little of the water and cheese. Mix well and serve.  Serving size 1
