Garlicky Capellini (Angel Hair Pasta)

one 16 ounce package of  Capellini (angel hair
2 tablespoons of Olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of Chicken broth
2 teaspoons of Anchovy paste
4 Garlic cloves, fine chopped
1/4 cup of fresh parsley,  chopped
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese,  freshly grated or thinly shaved
Freshly ground pepper



Cook capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook anchovy paste and garlic in oil and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain capellini; mix with garlic mixture and parsley. Top with cheese. Serve with pepper. 360 calories. Yields: 6 servings.
