one 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion two 7 1/2 ounce cans of minced clams 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts 1 tablespoon of canned lemon juice 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley 1 can of 4 ounces of pimentos 1/3 cup of crushed saltines
Blend softened cream cheese with lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion mix until smooth. Add the drained finely chopped pimentos, drained clams and cracker crumbs, mix well and chill. Then take from refrigerator and shape into a roll (log) about 8 inches long and roll in walnuts. Serve with crackers
