| | Crab & Wild Rice
1/2 pound of wild rice 1 can of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of light cream 1 1/2 pound of crab meat two 4 ounce cans of mushrooms, drained 1 cup of grated cheese
Cook the rice according to package directions. Dilute the soup with cream. Layer the rice, crab meat, soup mixture, mushrooms and cheese in a greased casserole and cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings |
