| Crab Cakes 4 1/2 pound of crab meat 1 egg 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, cornflakes, pancake flour or cracker crumbs salt and pepper to taste a dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 of a small onion, diced 1/2 of a green pepper, diced 1 tablespoon of mustard 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Mix all together. Make into cakes and fry in hot fat. |
