Spaghetti with Crab Sauce

1 pound of crabmeat
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
1 cup of canned tomatoes
1/4 cup of butter, melted
one 8 ounce can of tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 dash Pepper
3 cups of cooked spaghetti
Grated parmesan cheese



Remove any remaining shell from crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, garlic, and parsley in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat; heat. Serve over spaghetti. Garnish with cheese sprinkled over the top. Serves 6. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
