Crab Jambalaya

1 pound of crab meat
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
1/2 cup of green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup of pre cooked rice
a dash of pepper
1/2 cup of chopped bacon
1/2 cup of onions, chopped
1 pound + 13 ounces of tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt



Remove all shell from the crabmeat. Fry the bacon until lightly brown.  Add onion, celery and green pepper, cook until tender. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Add the crabmeat. Heat. Serves 6
