| | Deviled Crab Casserole
1 cup of milk 1 cup of soft bread crumbs 2 cups of cooked flaked crab meat 2 hard boiled eggs, mashed 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/3 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1/4 cup of melted margarine buttered bread crumbs
Combine the milk and bread crumbs in a bowl and stir in the crab meat and eggs. Blend in remaining ingredients except crumbs. Place in a greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs. Bake in 400ºF. oven for 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings |
