Crab Casserole

1 pound of backfin crab meat
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of minced parsley
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
4 slices of white bread



Combine the crab meat, butter, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Soften bread in enough milk to cover. Add to crab mixture. Spoon into shells or greased baking dish. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake until lightly browned at 350ºF.
