4 cups of fresh cranberries 2 cups of sugar 1/3 cup of brandy
Place cranberries in baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 cups sugar. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300ºF. Pour 1/3 cup brandy over and mix. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups. Serve with turkey or over ice cream as dessert.
