Citrus Cranberry Relish

4 lemons
2 1/2 cups of fresh cranberries
2 oranges, coarsely chopped
1 red apple, coarsely chopped
1 small Bosc pear, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
1 cup of pecan pieces, toasted



Cut the lemons in half. Scoop out inside pulp, discard. In a food processor, combine the next 6 ingredients, pulse for 30 seconds or until well chopped. Stir in toasted pecans and spoon into lemon cups. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings
