Mom's Holiday Cranberry Relish Salad

Mom's Holiday Cranberry Relish Salad

one 6ounce package of  raspberry Jell-O
one 12 ounce package of  fresh or frozen cranberries
2 cups of sugar
2 oranges
1/4 to 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts



In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart decorative bowl prepare Jell-O as per package directions and place in refrigerator until partially set. Wash and sort cranberries. Wash oranges, quarter, and remove seeds (if any). Grind cranberries and "whole" oranges. Mix ground fruit with sugar and nutmeats. Add to Jell-O when it is ready. Stir well.
