Thanksgiving Cranberry Delight

Thanksgiving Cranberry Delight

1 large box of raspberry Jell-O
1 pound  of fresh cranberries or 1 can of whole cranberries
one 15 ounce can of crushed pineapple and juice
1 cup of finely chopped celery
1 cup of chopped pecans
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon peel



Cook fresh cranberries according to directions. Prepare 1 large box of raspberry Jell-O according to package directions. Add cranberries to Jell-O. Allow to cool before adding remaining ingredients. Allow to jell. A delicious addition to Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner.
