| | Chicken, Carrots & Black Pepper Dumplings (7.5 Pts)
1 1/2 cups of milk 3/4 cup of frozen green peas 3/4 cup of frozen carrots sliced or diced 1 cup of cooked chicken about 5 ounces cut up 1 can of condensed creamy chicken soup 1 cup of Original Bisquick 1/3 cup of milk 1/2 teaspoon of pepper Parsley chopped if desired
Heat 1 1/2 cups milk, the peas, carrots, chicken and soup to boiling in3-quart saucepan. Mix Bisquick, 1/3 cup milk and the pepper until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture. Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Yields: 4 Servings
