Clam Fritters 2

1 pint of clams
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 3/4 cups of flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons of onion, grated

Keywords: Fish, Main dish, Snacks, seafood Servings: 4 Drain clams and chop. Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk, onion, butter, and clams. Combine with dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Drop batter by using teaspoonfuls into hot shortening at 350ºF. and fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serving Size: 4
