Mixed Fruit Dessert

one 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks, undrained
one 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges, undrained
2 cups of strawberries, hulled and halved
1 1/2 cups of seedless grapes, halved
1 cup of fresh blueberries
one 3.5 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup of toasted pecan halves



Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving liquid.
Combine drained pineapple and oranges with remaining fruit in a large bowl.
Sprinkle pudding mix over reserved fruit liquid; beat with a wire whisk until smooth and thickened. Fold into fruit until all fruit is coated.
Spoon into individual serving dishes; garnish with pecans. Serve immediately or chill. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
