| Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix the eggs and fruit cocktail together in a bowl. Add the sugar, mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking soda together into separate bowl, add egg mixture and mix well. add vanilla. Place fruit cocktail mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut. Bake for 30 minutes, serve warm. Serves 6 | |
