"Gourmet" Pizza Dough
1 package of Yeast 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of Olive oil 2 - 2 1/4 cups of flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/3 cup of warm water |

Soften yeast in 1/3 cup of warm water for 5 minutes. Add 2 c flour and the rest of the ingredients. Knead until smooth, adding additional flour as needed. Place in greased bowl and cover and let sit until doubled. Punch down and roll out to fit pizza pan. Use this dough to make Pizza Nissa Socca. Also need Recipe for Tomato Pizza Sauce.
